The Shelby Cleveland Linear Park Walkway is a wondrous sidewalk connecting the two houses. There's a park bench for sitting midway, a garden and this gazebo. It's a wonderful way to spend a summer day.

A side walk connects Shelby House I and II and makes for a great outdoor exercise option.  

Sometimes it's just nice to sit in the sun to enjoy the view, the flowers and a variety of birds native to the area.

The are several decks and patios surrounding Shelby House I. This particular patio looks out to the east and presents a wondrous view of the Spokane Hills.

The residents love this southern patio and their view of the Elkhorns across the valley. It's also a great prime bird-watching territory. Deer often frequent the grounds in the early morning hours.
